4.    Market – current market situation
5.    Security
6.    Generally applicant must provide 50% equity (cash or collateral)

SECURITY:

•    Mortgage over leasehold properties
•    Vehicles
•    Guarantors
•    Value of Business (in some situations)

WESTPAC

CRITERIA FOR SMALL BUSINESS LOANS:

Business proposals must include financial statements for previous financial year (if an existing business) or financial projections for one year if proposed new business.
