2.    Receive Certificate of Approved Company Name

3.    Preparation/Lodge Statutory documents:

i.    Declaration of Compliance

ii.    Memorandum of Association

iii.    Articles of Association

iv.    Registered Office

v.    Particulars of Directors & Secretaries

4.    Company Registered

NOTE:

   The rates to register a company changes depending on the new company’s nominal capital.
